Attorney Patrick McLaughlin graduated from the University of Toledo School of Law in 1993. While attending University of Toledo, Mr. McLaughlin interned in the public defender’s office in Toledo Municipal Court, handling criminal, vehicle and traffic cases. He was also the chairman of the Environmental Law Society at the College of Law.

Since 1999, Mr. McLaughlin has worked with and for some of the top Criminal Defense/DWI Attorneys in Western New York. Since the establishment of the Law Offices of Patrick McLaughlin in 2004, Mr. McLaughlin has practiced as a sole practitioner.
